This is one of the largest indoor saunas that we have, and it is one of the two indoor saunas. MoonLight models have more glass panels for better illumination, the Golden models favor privacy and have fewer (although still enough) glass panels.

The construction of this robust sauna relies on the Canadian natural red cedar wood which gives it an authentic look and feel. Combining authenticity with the comfort you get a very cozy interior for up to four people.

You can use abundant space for exercise if you’re on your own as well.

A sauna is a sanctuary of health, but you also need peace and quiet to go along with heat to enjoy it to the fullest extent. The heaters supplied with this sauna are manufactured by Harvia for your comfort, they are energy-efficient and great for long-term usage.

Enjoy this sauna the way you want with whom you want, we’re only starting to uncover all the benefits of sauna usage, but we know already that it makes you feel very good indeed.

Traditional Heating Technology requires: Hardwire. Hardwire is recommended, if you opt to a plug, we will send you the following plug for the BC45-E heater.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

• If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customersupport@bcyhomeinnovations.com.

Cancellations/ Refunds

Credit card payments- Cancel by 2 pm PST on the same day the order is placed will receive a full refund with no fees. A fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged if you cancel after 2 pm PST. After 5 business days, the refund will be in the form of a store credit to be used toward future orders.

Custom orders- Custom orders are non-refundable

Inspect all products immediately upon delivery and give written notice to customersupport@bcyhomeinnovations.com within 7 days.

Product returns

Products may be returned in original packaging for full credit less any shipping costs. To submit a return please email Healthy Home Innovations at Customersupport@BCYhomeinnovations.com with your order#. All goods must be returned in new condition.
