These rounded granite sauna stones compliment the artful design of HUUM sauna heaters and are selected for their ability to stand up to extreme heat variations. These rounded olivinie stones are durable and have high heat capacity and resist fracturing. 

Throwing water on the stones is how you regulate heat and steam in the sauna. The shape, size and composition of the stones and the way they are arranged make all the difference. We recommend rounded stones because they provide a milder steam. Thanks to the rounded shape the water can reach inner layers of stones and evaporate gradually instead of evaporating all at once from the top layer. Since they are very visible in HUUM heaters, you need both smaller and bigger stones to avoid big noticeable gaps. We also suggest laying smaller stones and more close together on the top to accumulate the heat better.

The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet.

The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level.

Prior to shipping this product, we contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

RETURNS 

Bathing Brands only accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Healthy Home Innovations at customersupport@bcyhomeinnovations.com to begin the returns process. Before sending anything back, please email Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is required due to damage, please include pictures, and whether the shipping damage was noted upon signing for the delivery. Bathing Brands covers the shipping costs for returns due to shipping damage or a Bathing Brands error. 

If customer simply wants to return the product we strongly recommend that items are shipped back to insured using the same method it was shipped out, Ground or LTL. Once the product comes back to warehouse, it is inspected for damage. If there is no damage, you will be issued a credit for the full amount that you paid, less any required new boxing fees ~$20-$50 depending on the product. If the product is damaged, you will be notified to issue a claim with your shipper.
