Should I get the Ice Barrel 300 or 400?

Ice Barrel 300 and 400 are unique in their own ways. When considering which is

best for you, consider climate, accessibility and how you will use the barrel. The

400 is taller and larger, so it allows for a more relaxed upright position. The 300 is

shorter and wider, so it is easier to enter and exit without using a stepladder. The

300 is also fully insulated, so it might be a good choice for those who live in

warmer climates.

Will I fit?

The Ice Barrel 300 comfortably fits most body types under 6 feet 2 inches and

250 pounds.

Can I put it on a balcony?

The Ice Barrel 300 will fit through standard (31-inch) doors, so it’s a great option

for people in apartments or with limited space. Keep in mind that while the Ice

Barrel 300 is only 61 lbs when empty, it weighs more than 700 pounds when full,

so make sure your space can safely support its full weight.

What if I don’t have a chiller?

While the Ice Barrel 300 has easy connects for chillers, it can just as easily be

used with ice. Simply plug the inlet port at the top of the barrel (the plug is

included with your purchase) then fill with water and ice to reach your desired

temperature.

How much ice will I need?

That will depend greatly on the climate and season where you live. Read our tips

for getting your ice bath cold.

How do I clean and maintain the Ice Barrel?

The Ice Barrel requires very little maintenance. We recommend changing the

water every four weeks or as preferred. You can keep your water cleaner by

using a water stabilizer. We recommend our maintenance kit, which includes

everything you’ll need to keep your Ice Barrel clean and functional.

Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the

pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

• If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customersupport@bcyhomeinnovations.com.

Your Ice Barrel ships through UPS or FedEx via the LTL freight division for all orders in the U.S. and Canada. Shipments are typically processed and shipped 7-10 business days from the order date. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

All add-on accessories are shipped with the Ice Barrel, unless purchased separately. If purchased separately they will ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

• Residential homes: Package will be dropped on the property.
• Apartments: Package will be left in the shipping room or with the front desk. Finding apartments can sometimes be challenging for delivery drivers. Please include as much detail as possible in the “order notes” section during checkout.
• Private residences: Package will be left on the property. If access is denied, the package will be left at the gate or with security.
• Commercial: Package will be left on the property.

Cancellations/ Re-Routes

Domestic (US Customers) Return Policy:

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

1. If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost.
2. You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.
3. Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns. If accessories or wears arrive damaged please contact returns@icebarrel.com.
4. Any and all modifications to any products not authorized in writing by Ice Barrel Inc. are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties.

Domestic (US Customers) Return Process:

1. Please contact returns@icebarrel.com for a return shipping label within 30 days of the order date.
2. Shipment will be scheduled for pick up within 2-5 days of the label being sent. A party must be present for pickup.
3. Once the product is received it will be inspected, if the return is accepted a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. The original payment method will be refunded less the 30% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Shipped” stage. Once it has entered the Shipped stage, the order may not be canceled. The entire order must be canceled, you can not cancel specific items. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@icebarrel.com. If your order is eligible to be canceled, Ice Barrel will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved to the “Shipped” stage, you may return it as long as it meets the criteria listed above in our Return Policy.

My journey with cold therapy began a few years back when I was stressed out, anxious, and depressed. Between work and family, I was burning the candle at both ends and running out of steam.

Our society tells us to work harder, sleep less, and don’t complain. My work life balance and the everyday pressures caught up with me. I was broken, sick, and desperate for a change.

One day at the gym a stranger told me I didn’t look well. He told me about breathwork, meditation, and cold showers. I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. The benefits I experienced in my body and mind from the cold were incredible. I had more energy, slept better, and my mood improved! I started researching the science of cold therapy and I was hooked.

After growing tired of cold showers and baths in the house, I decided to invent a cold therapy device that was convenient and fun to use. A few months later, Ice Barrel went from an idea to a product. With a lightweight design and functional features, Ice Barrel is portable, durable, compact, and it looks cool!
