• They are carefully constructed with durable and water resistant hard woven cotton fabric, a protective shield of aluminum foil and copper mesh for blocking EMFs and ensuring equal distribution of heat.

• The crystal gem stones are 40 % Amethyst- 30%Tourmaline - 30% Germanite.
• Dimensions: The Regular Mat= 72" x 30", 22-24 lbs of crystals, The Mini Mat = 40" x 20", 10lbs of crystals. Our mats have more crystals per square inch than any other.
• The temperature settings can be set from 20 - 70 degrees Celsius ( 68 - 158 F) and can be set on a 3, 6 or 12 hour time frame.

The Orb Life Mat is multifunctional with 6 different healing modalities:

1. PEMF - frequency of 50-60 Hz, an intensity of 200 microTesla, and a sinus waveform for optimal biologic compatibility.
2. Crystal Gemstones - specific stones of Amethyst, Tourmaline and Germanite were chosen to create the ORB LIFE MAT. Due to their high vibration and piezoelectric qualities, these stones become electrically charged when heated and produce the most negative ions and the most far infrared waves. Amethyst one of the most effective stone for healing. It promotes peace, clam and is the best tranquillizer to strike a healthy balance in everyday life. Tourmaline can be used to both repel and protect against negativity. It is excellent for deflecting radiation energy. It enhances ones physical well being by providing an increase in physical vitality, emotional stability, and intellectual acuity. Germanite is a semi conductor stone with magnetic qualities. It may be beneficial for health, including improving the immune system, oxygen supply in the body, and destroying free radicals. According to Healthline, germanium has also been considered to be beneficial in allergies, asthma, arthritis, HIV/AIDS and various forms of cancer.
3. Far Infrared Waves - as a result of the crystal stones being heated, they in turn produce far infrared waves. Far infrared waves can penetrate up to three inches deep to aid in cellular health and generate warmth that can provide immense relief to muscles and internal organs. Far infrared therapy also causes blood vessels to expand. This expansion leads to improved circulation and allows the immune system cells and chemicals to converge on the injured areas to facilitate the healing process. Despite the heat induced, FIR therapy does not cause any significant rise in core body temperature or in blood pressure, which makes it safer for seniors with cardiovascular problems.
4. Heat - deep therapeutic heat that radiates through the body, not just dissipating on the surface. The gentle heat produced in far infrared heat therapy exerts an analgesic effect and can help reduce or eliminate chronic pains that seniors often experience in various parts of the body. 5. Negative Ions - a combination of the stones and the waveform of the PEMF will emit a large volume of negative ions at around 3000cc/ cubic inch of the mat. Negative ions are like vitamins for the air and will help blood flow to the brain and reduce oxidative stress from EMFs and positive ions from modern society. Negative ions are natures detoxifiers.
6. Cooling - When the Mat is used without the heat option, it has a strong cooling effect on the body due to thermal inertia; is a measure of how quickly the surface temperature of a material can be changed by a flow of heat into the material. The higher the thermal inertia, the slower the surface temperature will rise when heat is applied. This is why materials, such as plastics, with a low thermal inertia feel warm to the touch. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Warranty valid only to original purchaser if item purchased directly from www.orblifeproducts.com or authorized re-seller and is non-transferable.

If your light is not working properly, we will fix or replace it. Each case will be assessed on a case by case basis, and we will make sure you’re back up and running as quickly as possible.

What does this warranty cover?                                                                         
The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, ORB Life Products will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
ORB Life Products will assess each warranty claim on a case by case basis. Resolution of warranty claims may include but are not limited to: shipment of a replacement part or parts, phone or email support to troubleshoot the product, or replacement of the product with a new or refurbished unit. The warranty time frame begins on the date of purchase.

What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
Any and all customer damage to the light is not covered under warranty. This includes breakage/damage from dropping, misuse or tampering with/opening the light without prior authorization. A light and/or product is deemed "open box" or "used" the moment that the shipment is received by the recipient and/or signed for, regardless of usage and therefore is subject to any any all restocking fees if returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*Any shipment within the USA that was shipped correctly but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered with the customer supplied address or returned to our warehouse will incur a flat $50 fee per carton/box for shipping/warehousing/receiving charges. Any international returned shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price and shipping fees are non-refundable.
All sales on stands are final as stated and they are not eligible for elective returns.

What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at customersupport@orblifeproducts.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You must have the original receipt for the product with a date on it.

What about after the warranty period?
Repair services after the warranty period are available on a case-by-case basis and available to the original purchaser only. ORB Life Products does not offer repair service (or replacement parts) for any items bought second hand.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Orb Life Products offers a full 30 day trial on all of our products.
Because we offer free shipping within the U.S., return shipping is paid by the customer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returns.
Refunds for customers choosing to return during the trial period are 100% of product cost - any elective expedited shipping costs or international shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note your name and order number on the return.
Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial, which commences upon receipt of the product. Unfortunately, returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.
All returns must be received with all original accessories and packaging. All returns received with damaged or missing components will be subject to a $25 fee. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the returned light is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any returned purchases.

Damages
Buyer has ten (10) days after delivery to report the receipt of a damaged item. Damages during shipping are rare, but they do happen.
Please inspect your light and report any issues to us within this 10 day grace period. ORB Life Products will not be responsible for damages reported to us after this 10 day period.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
