The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet.

The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level.

Prior to shipping this product, we contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

RETURNS 

Bathing Brands only accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Healthy Home Innovations at customersupport@bcyhomeinnovations.com to begin the returns process. Before sending anything back, please email Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is required due to damage, please include pictures, and whether the shipping damage was noted upon signing for the delivery. Bathing Brands covers the shipping costs for returns due to shipping damage or a Bathing Brands error. 

If customer simply wants to return the product, we strongly recommend that items are shipped back to insured using the same method it was shipped out, Ground or LTL. Once the product comes back to warehouse, it is inspected for damage. If there is no damage, you will be issued a credit for the full amount that you paid, less any required new boxing fees ~$20-$50 depending on the product. If the product is damaged, you will be notified to issue a claim with your shipper.  

Warranty

GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR SAUNUM PRODUCTS With the Saunum Equipment Warranty, Saunum guarantees that the product will be free from materials and manufactur ing defects for a specified period after the date of purchase. In the event of a defect in the Air Solo during the warranty period due to the use of lowquality materials or low quality of assembly, the  recommended repair partners of Saunum will repair or replace the Air Solo or its defective part without charging for labor and spare parts under the conditions presented below. Saunum reserves the right to decide whether to replace the defective product component or replace the Air Solo with a new one. Replaced defective product components remain the property of Saunum. Warranty conditions: 1.The warranty is only valid if a com pleted installation report is submit ted with the claim; 2.A warranty period of two (2) years applies to the Air Solo if it is used in a residential sauna; 3.A warranty period of one (1) year applies to the Air Solo if it is used in a commercial sauna. The warranty does not cover: 1.Routine maintenance and cleaning of the Air Solo, and replacing components due to normal wear and tear; 2.Adapting or modifying the Air Solo to use it for purposes other than those stated in the operating  instructions; 3.Risks associated with transport; 4.Damage caused by misusing the Air Solo; 5.Damage caused by improper installation of the Air Solo; 6.Accidents, lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation or any other factor beyond the control of Saunum; 7.Faults caused by the use of Himalayan salt not recommended by  Saunum; 8.Himalayan salt. WARRANTY The maintenance instructions for the Air Solo are given in the user manual of the Air Solo. Caution! The Air Solo may only be connected to the power and utilities by a professional electrician in accordance with the applicable regulations. Read the entire user guide carefully and thoroughly before using the Air Solo and keep it in a safe and easily accessible place for future reference.
