This Total Wellness Steam Shower Package has everything you need to mix steam, smart technology, and luxury in your shower. 

The streamlined SignaTouch Smart Touchscreen Control includes many of the same features as the ThermaTouch Smart Touchscreen Control; operating steam generation, the digital smart shower, and light, sound and rainhead functionality. SignaTouch gives you complete control over your home spa experience. Using the in-shower LCD touchscreen controller with intergrated bluetooth and the Serenity Light, Sound Rainhead, users can manage lights, music, precision water and temperature control and shower outlet selections with a touch. SignaTouch can be installed vertically or horizontally. The intuitive smart shower control panel allows you to customize your steam shower experience with state-of-the-art smart technology.

The ThermaSol Smart Digital Shower Valve allows the ultimate in precision control of water volume and temperature. The advanced valve utilizes best in-class, ceramic disc Fluhs brass cartridges and two laboratory grade stepper motors - allowing 400 positions to deliver precise incremental settings. The ThermaSol Smart Digital Shower Valve allows installation flexibility up to 30 feet from the shower structure and has an integrated diverter so that the user can select different showering outlets.

When paired with ThermaSol's Smart Shower Valve and ThermaTouch interface, the HydroVive 14 allows the user to personalize every element of their shower. In an industry first, HydroVive fuses full-spectrum LED lighting, enhanced audio technology for distortion-free sound, a dynamic new rain-head, and other high-tech elements. The result is a true "ahead-of-its-time" showering experience that brings the multi-sensory powers of light, sound, and water under the user's complete control. Taking a cue from the original Serenity Light, Sound and Rainhead, the engineers at ThermaSol have integrated the latest technology in a single, sleek, self-contained module for their next innovation: HydroVive Light, Sound, Rainhead.

ThermaSol's SteamVection steam head brings the benefits of a world-class spa into your home with the industry’s most advanced, reliable, and efficient equipment available. Using the science of convection, this state-of-the-art design delivers floor-to-ceiling temperature uniformity within the steam shower while adhering to ThermaSol's trademark functionality, design, and safety. This means consistent and even temperature zones for ThermaSol Smart Shower users — not the variable heat ranges that typically occur in steam showers. ThermaSol's steam head also allows the closest proximity to the outlet, called "the steam emitting area."

The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet.

The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level.

Prior to shipping this product, we contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

RETURNS 

Bathing Brands only accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Healthy Home Innovations at customersupport@bcyhomeinnovations.com to begin the returns process. Before sending anything back, please email Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is required due to damage, please include pictures, and whether the shipping damage was noted upon signing for the delivery. Bathing Brands covers the shipping costs for returns due to shipping damage or a Bathing Brands error. 

If customer simply wants to return the product we strongly recommend that items are shipped back to insured using the same method it was shipped out, Ground or LTL. Once the product comes back to warehouse, it is inspected for damage. If there is no damage, you will be issued a credit for the full amount that you paid, less any required new boxing fees ~$20-$50 depending on the product. If the product is damaged, you will be notified to issue a claim with your shipper.
